Agent Platform Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: The date the Agent completes their subscription purchase on the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Miliare Group agent
platform, including agent landing pages, directory listings, subscription services, and any related
tools or services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these
Terms.
1. Eligibility & Agent Verification
The Miliare Group financial professionals help many of the industry’s top financial services and insurance companies bring their products to families throughout North America.

1.3 Verification & Suspension
The Miliare Group reserves the right to:
● Verify your eligibility at any time
● Request documentation or clarification
● Suspend or terminate access if eligibility cannot be confirmed or if false information is
provided
2. Nature of the Platform
2.1 Marketing & Visibility Platform Only
The Platform provides:
● A professional agent landing page
● Inclusion in a public agent directory
● Optional Google Workspace email services
● Basic SEO support and visibility tools
The Platform does not:
● Provide financial, tax, or legal advice
● Guarantee leads, income, performance, or results
● Replace compliance obligations imposed by WFGIA, regulators, or law
3. Agent Content Responsibilities
3.1 User-Editable Content
Agents may edit only approved sections of their landing page, such as:
● Personal bio
● Contact details
● Social links
● Booking links
● Profile photo
3.2 Compliance & Accuracy
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you submit:
● Is truthful, accurate, and not misleading
● Does not include guarantees, promises, or performance claims
● Does not provide tax or legal advice
● Does not misrepresent credentials, licensing, or authority
● Complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and WFGIA policies
4. AI Moderation & Editorial Control
4.1 Automated Moderation
All agent-submitted content is subject to automated AI moderation for:
● Compliance risks
● Prohibited language or claims
● Inappropriate or unsafe imagery
● Grammar, spelling, and clarity
4.2 Hold for Review
If content is flagged, it may be:
● Temporarily held from publication
● Returned for revision
● Reviewed manually by The Miliare Group
4.3 Editorial Authority
The Miliare Group reserves the right to:
● Edit, remove, or refuse publication of any content
● Enforce compliance standards at its sole discretion
● Suspend pages that pose regulatory or reputational risk
5. Subscription, Billing & Termination
Subscription Term
All Platform services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Automatic Renewal
Payment Obligation
Agents agree to maintain a valid payment method on file and authorize recurring charges for the selected subscription plan.
Late or Failed Payments
If a payment is not successfully processed on the due date:
● The Agent’s landing page may be unpublished and removed from the public directory
● Agent login access may be restricted or suspended
● Any associated Google Workspace email account may be suspended
Termination for Non-Payment
Failure to resolve a missed or failed payment within the applicable grace period will result in automatic termination of the subscription, without further notice.
Reactivation
Services may be restored upon successful payment, subject to availability and compliance review. The Miliare Group does not guarantee reinstatement of prior page content, rankings, or email data.
No Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Google Workspace Services (If Selected)
6.1 Service Nature
Workspace services are provided as a convenience and include access to tools such as email, calendar, and collaboration software.
6.2 No Guarantee of Continuity
Workspace services:
● Are tied to your active subscription
● May be suspended or terminated if your subscription ends
● Are subject to third-party provider availability and terms
6.3 Data Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining backups of any Workspace data. The Miliare Group is not liable for data loss.
7. SEO & Visibility Disclaimer
7.1 No Performance Guarantees
While basic SEO best practices are applied:
● Rankings, traffic, leads, or inquiries are not guaranteed
● Search engine performance depends on many external factors beyond our control
8. Agent Independence & Relationship
8.1 Independent Agents
Agents using the Platform are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or representatives of The Miliare Group.
8.2 No Authority to Bind
You may not:
● Bind The Miliare Group contractually
● Represent yourself as an official spokesperson
● Imply ownership or partnership with The Miliare Group
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Platform Ownership
9.2 Limited License
You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose while your subscription is active
10. Termination
10.1 By Agent
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
10.2 By The Miliare Group
We may suspend or terminate access:
● For violation of these Terms
● For compliance concerns
● For misuse of the Platform
● To protect legal, regulatory, or reputational interests
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
● The Miliare Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
● Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the prior 12 months
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Miliare Group from any claims, damages, or
liabilities arising from:
● Your content
● Your representations to clients or the public
● Your use or misuse of the Platform
13. Modifications to Terms
The Miliare Group may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
