Timothy Locum is a financial professional serving individuals and families in Peoria, Arizona, trained and supported by The Miliare Group. They provide complimentary financial guidance to help with budgeting, insurance planning, retirement strategies, college funding, legacy planning, long-term care, and business solutions—focused on clarity, confidence, and informed decision-making.

I am a former NCAA Division I athlete who transitioned into a 30 year career coaching basketball at various high schools and small colleges across the Midwest.  I have since professionally entered the world of finance, where I get to use those same skills of coaching, instructing, and connecting to educate individuals and families on how to best achieve their financial goals.

I am serious and passionate about teaching others the basic lessons of finance that I was never taught through our country’s current education system.  Aligning people’s knowledge with their goals gives someone the ability to make informed choices on how best to proceed for their financial future.  The basic rules of money should not be mysterious, inaccessible, or off limits to any American that desires that knowledge, and myself and our team are here to help close the gap for those who have fallen through the financial literacy cracks.
