After a fulfilling 35-year career in the retail industry—culminating in five years as a store manager in Orlando, FL—I transitioned into the financial services industry in 2020 with a clear mission: to help families build stronger financial futures.

Throughout my retail career, I had the privilege of promoting over 100 team members into leadership roles, and that passion for developing people has carried into my work in finance. For the past five years, I’ve proudly been part of Next Generation, driven by our belief that No family should be left behind. I joined this mission to share knowledge, empower others, and bring real value to the communities we serve.

Helping people realize their potential—whether in their careers or their finances—has always been at the heart of what I do. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, playing golf, and volunteering  my service to my community.
