I’m Gretchen Cvancara, a Financial Strategist who believes financial planning should be about more than numbers it should be about creating choices, protecting the people you love, and building a future you can feel confident about.
My passion for this work grew from my own experiences with family, business, and discovering how powerful the right financial strategies can be when they’re understood and used intentionally.
Today, I love helping individuals, families, and business owners simplify the financial world, understand their options, and create strategies designed around what matters most to them.
Hard work should build more than an income. It should build a future.
Before stepping into the financial industry, I worked alongside my husband, Scott, in the construction world. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for entrepreneurship, hard work, and the challenges business owners face every day.
It also shaped the way I work with my clients.
I believe in being practical, straightforward, and always keeping the bigger picture in mind.
Family is at the heart of why I do what I do.
Much of what drives me comes from wanting families to have greater financial confidence, opportunity, and freedom.
I believe we should be able to enjoy the life we’re building today while also preparing intentionally for tomorrow.
You shouldn’t have to understand the entire financial world to make confident financial decisions.
Clients appreciate that I take the time to listen first, explain things in a way that makes sense, and create an environment where they can ask questions without feeling overwhelmed or judged.
My goal is never to simply recommend a product.
My goal is to help you understand the strategy behind your financial decisions the why, not just the what so you can make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.
Outside of work, I value faith, family, personal growth, fitness, and leadership. I believe in living with intention, continually growing, and helping others recognize what may be possible for their own lives.
At the end of the day, my work is about people.
It’s about relationships. Education. Confidence.
And helping individuals, families, and business owners build something meaningful—not only for themselves, but potentially for the generations that follow.
