After retiring from the U.S. Coast Guard following more than 20 years of service, I chose a new mission: helping individuals, families, and business owners feel more informed, prepared, and confident about their financial future.
One thing I’ve learned, both personally and professionally, is that financial challenges don’t discriminate. Whether you’re just starting out, raising a family, growing a business, preparing for retirement, or already financially successful, it’s important to understand where you stand and whether your current strategy supports where you want to go.
For me, this work is personal.
Over the course of a few years, my family experienced several significant losses. I watched people I love face serious illness, and I saw firsthand how quickly life can change. When my father became very ill, I helped make sure his final affairs were in order. My mom was taken care of after his passing, but I later learned there were still ways his wishes could have been vulnerable.
That stayed with me.
We can’t predict what’s ahead, but we can make intentional decisions today that help protect the people, businesses, and legacies we’ve worked so hard to build.
How I help
I provide complimentary, no-obligation financial consultations for individuals, families, and business owners at different stages of their financial journey.
I provide consultations across all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and every province in Canada.
For individuals and families, we focus on six foundational areas:
• Cash Flow
• Emergency Savings
• Debt Management
• Proper Protection
• Building Wealth
• Preserving Wealth
For business owners, the conversation goes deeper. We look at strategies designed to help protect business and personal assets, improve tax efficiency, build and preserve wealth, maintain access to capital when appropriate, and create a plan for the legacy or future of the business.
I believe financial education should be accessible. You don’t need a certain income, amount of savings, business size, or level of financial knowledge to start having better conversations about your money.
My role isn’t to tell you what you should do. It’s to help you understand your current financial picture, identify potential gaps and opportunities, explain your options in plain language, and help you build a strategy around your priorities and goals.
The uniform may be gone, but my commitment to serving others hasn’t changed.
Whether you’re building a life, building a business, protecting what you’ve already created, or preparing for what comes next, we can start with where you are today.
