I never imagined that my career in healthcare would lead me to my passion for financial education.
For nearly 20 years, I’ve served as a Registered Nurse and healthcare leader, caring for patients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Like many healthcare professionals, I believed the answer to financial security was simple: work harder, pick up more overtime, and keep sacrificing today for a better tomorrow.
Then life changed my perspective (God’s plan).
After experiencing a life-changing emergency, I realized how unprepared my own family would have been if I hadn’t made it home. Around the same time, I looked back at the income I earned during the pandemic as a travel nurse and asked myself a difficult question: “How did I make so much money and still not feel financially secure?”
The answer was simple, I never had been taught how many really works even after obtaining 2 degrees.
That realization became my mission.
Today, I’m passionate about helping nurses, healthcare professionals, and families gain the financial education that most of us were never taught in school. My goal is to empower people to make informed financial decisions, protect what they’ve worked so hard to build, and create a future where they have more choices, more confidence, and more time with people they love.
I believe success isn’t measured by how many extra shifts you work. It’s measured by the freedom to be present for your family, the confidence that your loved ones are protected, and the peace of mind that comes from having a solid financial plan.
If I can help even one family avoid the mistakes I made and build a stronger financial future, then every step of this journey has been worth it.
