Originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, Luis carries deep pride in his roots and a strong appreciation for the opportunity he found in the United States. His journey as an immigrant shaped his resilience, work ethic, and belief that growth is possible for anyone willing to step into discomfort and commit to development.
Family is at the center of everything Luis does. His vision for financial education and agency building was born from a desire to create stability, time freedom, and generational impact — not just for his own household, but for hundreds of families within his organization. He understands firsthand what it means to sacrifice, adapt, learn a new system, and build something from the ground up.
Before entering financial services, Luis pursued pharmacy studies and gained experience in real estate and fitness training — disciplines that reinforced his passion for health, structure, and personal accountability. Today, he channels that same discipline into mentoring leaders and educating families on tax-advantaged strategies, including permanent life insurance solutions such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL) and living benefit policies.
As a bilingual leader, Luis is especially passionate about serving the Hispanic community through “Latin Nation,” helping professionals overcome language barriers, financial uncertainty, and fear of entrepreneurship. His mission is to make financial education simple, empowering, and accessible.
Through initiatives such as Eagle Academy, Project 180, and NextGen leadership trainings, Luis and Nathan focus on character development as much as technical skill — because they believe strong leaders build strong organizations.
